Flexible Bypass Packers (1,0 - 2,5 bar)
- Flexible Bypass Packers are designed and used for repairing leakage of joints, leakage of other parts and repaired the cracks of sewers, drainage systems, pipelines and gullies.
- They are produced with bypass, bypass feature maintains the flow during the repair of pipes and drains in cases where the flow must continue, they have flexibility and lightness to speed up sectional repairs.
- Flexibility allows the Packer to pass easily through a manhole or confined spaces and is easy to use. Deflates to small flexible size for easy insertion.
- They can be customized to meet a client's specific requirements, used the packer lengths are form 600 mm (23.62") to 5000 mm (196.85").
- Available for pipe diameters from 100 mm (3.93") to 2200 mm (86.61").
- Specified as standard working pressures with bypass are as 1.0 Bar (15.50 psi), 1.5 Bar (21.75 psi), 2.0 Bar (29.00 psi) and 2.5 Bar (36.25 psi).
- Innermost metal bypass core are combined with single ply of rubber textile covering, wheeled at both side with an angle 120°, these wheels provide easy movement inside the pipe
- Made of corrosion-resistant materials.
