A pressure source (foot pump, manual pump or compressed-air cylinder with reducer), an inflation hose, and ideally an inflation controller for accurate pressure. For testing work add the air or water test adapters, and for packer placement the air push rods.
Do the accessories fit all Plugline products?▼
Yes - the range is built around the same quick coupling and Schrader connections used across Plugline stoppers, test plugs and packers, so pumps, hoses and controllers interchange across the whole catalogue.
Why should I use an inflation controller?▼
Because plug ratings are exact: controllers regulate from 1 to 22 bar (panels up to 50 bar, feeding 2-3 products at once) with an overpressure relief valve - protecting both the plug and the crew from accidental over-inflation.
Which pump should I take to the field?▼
The compact foot pumps (single or high-output double piston) cover everyday inflation with a built-in gauge; the manual pump is the lightest option. For big plugs or many cycles, use the 300-bar compressed air cylinder with the pressure reducer valve.
What hose types and lengths are available?▼
Standard inflation hoses run 6-100 m (12 bar; high-pressure versions to 30 bar), rope-coated hoses add a hook for the plug eyebolt, Schrader valve hoses cover 150-1500 mm, and air test hoses with built-in manometer (6/12 m) read the pressure back during tests.
How do I connect a test to a bypass plug?▼
With the test adapters: the Air Test Adapter covers 1-6 inch bypass threads, the Air and Water Test Adapter adds water bypass for combined tests, and the Air Discharge Float vents air during hydrostatic filling between two plugs.
What are pipe packer air push rods?▼
Connectable rods (0.6-3.0 m, rigid or flexible, 10 references) used to push packers and plugs to the exact repair position inside the pipe - the drain-rod style tool for precise placement before inflation.
