High Pressure Aluminum Tensioner Pipe Test Plugs (6,0 bar)
High-Pressure Aluminium Tensioner Pipe Test Plugs have over-average cohesive friction. Expanded in localized areas via multiple compression points and via tensions around the perimeter of the plug enable the strong seal.
They are also equipped with a bypass for diverting the liquid flow in the pipe in a different direction. The bypasses of the standard version are fitted with pressure-proof blind plugs. Highly valued in the water system organizations, construction industry, civil engineering and rescue, and fire brigades.
They are ideal for drain tests, sewerage tests, waste tests, and many more test applications.
The High-Pressure Test Plug eliminates the need to weld/cut the opposite end of the pipe in the pipe section to be tested, significantly reducing test time and additional working hours, allowing you to perform pressure tests yourself much faster, Aluminum plates combine strength with lightness, Easy to install and temperatures until 100 ° C.
They are available from 200mm (7,87”) up to 1500mm (59,06”) in diameter, with different sizes available upon request.
Supplied to order as chemical, Oil, and Gas resistant NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) gasket. Used for high back pressure requirements of 6 bar and even more if needed.
